Refund policy

We do not usually offer refunds or product exchanges if the item has been ordered on your behalf from our suppliers.

In some instances, if we are able to cancel the order with our suppliers, we will then provide a refund of any payments made, although this may incur a re-stocking charge which will be deducted from any refunds made.

If an online payment or deposit has been made and the product has not yet been ordered on your behalf, we will be able provide a full refund.  Please contact rexroth@ccstech.co.uk for further information. on our refund policy.
